Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of receipt of item. Any requests after this period will not be recognised.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that item is purchased through Cosmocarco.com.

 

Please send your request through helloxcosmo@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +65-8920 6989 for our immediate attention. Please provide the order number, reason for return/exchange and photo/video proof of the item’s physical condition.

 

Show-ups or items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND ORDERS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

If your request is accepted, we will make courier arrangements for you to return the item to us. The replacement item will be shipped out to you after we have received the returned item. 

 

Alternatively, the fastest way to ensure you get a replacement is to head down to our office during our office hours within 3 days from the Date of Receipt of item to complete the 1-to-1 replacement. Please contact us at +65-8920 6989 to make an appointment and wait for our confirmation before coming.

 

Show-ups without an appointment will not be entertained.
 

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED 
We will arrange to do an 1-to-1 replacement to the correct item with you as soon as possible.

 

EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT OF ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE
In the event that the item to be exchanged or replaced is out of stock, you can select another product that is still in stock. 

 

If there is any difference in the product price, you will have to top up the difference. If the item you are exchanging to is cheaper than the original item you have purchased, there will be no refund of the difference. 

 

In the event that it is not feasible to exchange or replace the defective, damaged or wrong item, management reserves the rights to issue a refund to you. 

 

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT
To ensure you have a smooth exchange or replacement process, 

 

1. The exchanged/returned item must be in unused, undamaged and original packaging condition. This includes free gifts, tags and the packaging box or bag.

 

2. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that item is purchased through Cosmocarco.com.

 

3. Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable/replaceable and non-refundable.
